Position: Back Office Executive

Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad

Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our operations through efficient data management, administrative tasks, and corporate support. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, dependable, and possesses strong computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Order Processing (Create Invoices and Packing slip)

Create Labels & Track Orders in maintain sheet

Tracking Report Create

Jewelry Stock data maintain

Vendors sheets maintain

Jewelry checking and invoice print USA office for ship

Check & Record Customer complaints, or comments and solve problem

Coordinate & Follow up with USA team

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate (Bachelor’s degree required)

1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (Fresh graduates may also apply)

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and advanced functions)

Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to work independently
