As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role involves managing data, performing administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management:Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in our systems.
2. Administrative Tasks:Perform various administrative tasks, such as documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
3. Communication:Respond to emails, phone calls, and queries in a professional and timely manner.
4. Process Improvement:Identify areas for process improvement and suggest enhancements.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
1. Graduation or undergraduate degree
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO or administrative roles (freshers can also apply)
3. Proficiency in English
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
5. Ability to work in a team environment
