We are looking for a Back Office Executive to join our team Vision Engineering . This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy and providing administrative support. Get 18 k- 20 k salary along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and send emails to customers and internal teams.
Maintain sales records and documentation.
Handle quotations, invoices, order follow-ups, and customer coordination.
Have good-to-advanced Excel knowledge — VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, sorting, formulas, and basic reporting.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups.
Maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
Good communication and email-writing skills.
Preferably 1– 6+years of experience in sales coordination/office administration.
Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.
