Job Description

Report Generation: Accurately type and format technical valuation reports based on drafts provided by site engineers and surveyors.
Data Entry: Input property details, dimensions, and market rates into standardized templates with 100% accuracy.
Template Management: Maintain and update various report formats (Retail, Industrial, Commercial, and Government-specific).
Photo & Document Integration: Crop, resize, and embed property photographs, site maps, and legal documents into the reports.
Quality Control: Proofread reports for grammatical errors, numerical consistency, and alignment before final submission to the Valuer.
Archiving: Maintain a digital and physical filing system for all completed valuation assignments.
Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.
Communicate with relevant teams to clarify data inconsistencies and improve processes.
