Excel sheets aur company software/CRM mein data maintain karna.
Insurance policies ke documents ko verify, scan, upload aur organize karna.
Sales team aur insurance advisors ko back-office support provide karna.
Insurance companies ke saath required documents aur policy-related information ke liye coordination karna.
Customer details, policy status, renewals aur other records ka proper follow-up maintain karna.
Daily reports aur MIS prepare karna.
Email aur WhatsApp par clients/advisors ke documents aur queries ko coordinate karna.
Company ke internal process aur documentation requirements ko follow karna.
