Handle complete policy issuance and endorsement process.

Manage renewals proactively to ensure 100% client retention.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and documents.

Provide post-sales service and resolve client queries promptly.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with underwriters and insurer representatives.

Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.

Stay updated with product features, IRDA regulations, and market trends.
