We are looking for a Backoffice to join our team Clarion Insurance Broking Services pvt ltd. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities – Back Office (Insurance Company)

  1. Policy Data Entry & Updates – New insurance policies ka data system me enter karna aur existing policies update karna.

  2. Document Verification – KYC documents, medical reports, claim forms ka verification aur filing.

  3. Premium Processing – Premium payments ka record maintain karna, receipts generate karna.

  4. Claims Support – Claims related data entry, document tracking, aur status update.

  5. MIS & Reports – Daily, weekly aur monthly MIS reports prepare karna for sales & claims.

  6. Customer Record Maintenance – Customer database update rakhna, renewal reminders ka backend handling.

  7. Coordination with Sales & Operations Team – Policy issuance, endorsements, aur renewals me support dena.

  8. Regulatory Compliance – IRDAI guidelines ke hisaab se documentation aur record keeping.

  9. Communication Support – Clients ya field staff ke queries ka backend solution (phone/email).

  10. General Administrative Work – Filing, scanning, photocopy, courier etc.
