Role: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

Company & Location: Uber Dost - Thakur Village, Kandivali East, Mumbai (Aas-paas rehne wale candidates ko preference di jayegi).

Job Type: Yeh 100% Full-Time aur In-office job hai (Work from home ya part-time ka koi option nahi hai).

Main Kaam (Responsibilities):

Calling: Nayi car kharidne walon ko call karke unhe apni gaadi Uber ke saath register karne ke liye convince karna.

Onboarding & Documents: Naye customers ki onboarding karwana aur unka paper-work/registration properly complete karna.

Customer Support: Office aane wale (walk-in) logo ko attend karna aur unki queries ya problems ko solve karna.

Kya Skills Chahiye (Requirements):

Telecalling, customer support ya automobile sales mein prior experience hona ek plus point hai.

Communication skills bahut acchi honi chahiye taaki aap customers se confidently baat kar sakein.

Candidate ka sincere, punctual aur professional hona zaroori hai.

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and sincere individual to join our team as a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive at our Uber Dost office in Kandivali. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a keen ability to handle a variety of customer service tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Telecalling: Handle incoming calls from customers and make outbound calls to individuals who have recently purchased new cars, convincing them to register their vehicles with Uber.Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, assisting them with necessary steps to get started with Uber.Documentation & Registration: Assist customers in completing the necessary paperwork and registration for Uber services, ensuring all required documents are collected accurately.Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Walk-In Customers: Attend to walk-in customers at the office, providing them with the necessary support and assistance regarding Uber services.Other Tasks: Perform other duties as required to support the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements:

Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, Automobile sales or related roles is preferred.Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to converse confidently with customers.Attitude: Sincere, punctual, and a strong work ethic. Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.Location: This is a full-time, office-based position. Work from home or part-time arrangements are not available.Availability: Must be available to work full-time during office hours. Flexible schedule not offered.We are situated at Thakur Village, Kandivali East, Mumbai. Candidates nearby will be preferred.
