A Back Office Executive is responsible for handling administrative tasks, data management, documentation, and coordination with internal teams. The role supports smooth day-to-day operations and ensures accurate record keeping.
Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and records.
Handle daily data entry tasks with accuracy.
Prepare reports, invoices, and internal documents.
Manage phone calls, emails, and client follow-ups (non-sales).
Keep track of attendance, records, and office supplies.
Ensure confidentiality of company information.
Perform general administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong typing speed and accuracy.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
