We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of relevant experience and be capable of managing both office-based tasks and occasional fieldwork. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities
•	Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
•	Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
•	Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems
•	Assist in the preparation of regular reports and documentation
•	Coordinate with vendors and service providers
•	Manage office supplies and maintain inventory records
•	Perform banking-related tasks and occasional fieldwork as needed
•	Greet visitors and provide general administrative support
•	Draft and respond to emails, letters, and other correspondence
•	Carry out any additional administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements
•	High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
•	2–3 years of proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role
•	Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet browsing
•	Good understanding of vendor coordination and basic banking procedures
•	Excellent organizational and time management skills
•	Strong written and verbal communication skills
•	Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
