Job Description

Urgent Hiring – Mailroom Executive

Company: TGH Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Client Site – NatWest Group, Ambattur, Chennai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday

Position: Mailroom Executive

Salary Structure:

CTC: 19,787/-
Gross Salary: 17,276/-
In-Hand Salary: 15,282/-

Benefits:

EPF (Employees' Provident Fund)
ESIC (Employees' State Insurance)

Important Note (BGV Charges):

Background Verification (BGV) Charges: 3,500/-
Deduction: 500/- per month (for 7 months)
Full 3,500/- will be refunded after completion of 12 months, during Full & Final Settlement

Job Responsibilities:

Handling inward & outward couriers
Mail sorting and distribution
Coordination with internal departments
Maintaining records and logs

Eligibility:

Basic computer knowledge
Minimum 1 year experience in Mailroom / office support/ data entry
Good communication skills
Responsible and disciplined
