Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with management to document internal workflows, SOPs, and processes.
Drive the roll-out and execution of new processes across relevant departments.
Regularly assess the consistency and adherence to established workflows.
Initiate process improvements based on operational feedback.
Distribute tasks as per process flow or managerial instruction.
Manage a live task dashboard or tracking sheet to oversee completion status.
Ensure daily check-ins and follow-ups with concerned stakeholders.
Identify bottlenecks or delays and escalate unresolved issues.
Collect daily, weekly, and monthly updates from various departments.
Prepare summarized reports for management, highlighting achievements and concerns.
Maintain organized documentation and audit-ready records.
Ensure data accuracy and timely submission from team members.
Conduct on-ground or virtual process audits to verify task execution.
Identify and document gaps, redundancies, or inefficiencies.
Recommend corrective actions and optimizations.
Act as a bridge between planning and execution teams to ensure alignment.
Serve as a central point of contact for all routine coordination matters.
Facilitate inter-departmental collaboration and timely updates.
Organize and follow up on project meetings, reviews, and communications.
Support execution of management-led initiatives, changes, or rollouts.
Key Requirements:
Strong communication and follow-up skills
2–5 years in operations, implementation, or project coordination roles.
Married Female candidates are required
Proficiency in Excel, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools
Experience in fast-paced, process-driven organizations is preferred.
