Key Responsibilities:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); exposure to ERP or dispatch software is a plus.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and pay attention to detail.

Learn and operate dispatch/logistics software and reporting tools.

Help maintain accurate records of dispatched goods, delivery times, and inventory levels.

Support in preparing daily/weekly dispatch reports for review.

Communicate any issues or delays to the senior dispatch team promptly.

Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other internal departments to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.
