We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support various administrative and operational tasks. The role involves data entry, record-keeping, document management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Handle data entry, record updating, and database management
Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations as required
Maintain and organize files (physical and digital)
Coordinate with front office, sales, accounts, and other internal departments
Respond to emails, queries, and follow-ups on time
Verify, process, and file documents (e.g., invoices, bills, purchase orders)
Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and internal communication
Ensure compliance with company policies and data confidentiality
Support day-to-day operations and provide administrative assistance
