# Back Office Executive

### Job Role

We are looking for a responsible and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities at our candle manufacturing company.

### Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily back-office and administrative work.

• Maintain and update company records, files, and documents.

• Enter and manage data accurately in Excel/software.

• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, reports, and other documents.

• Coordinate with sales, production, purchase, and accounts teams.

• Maintain stock and order-related records.

• Follow up with customers, suppliers, and vendors when required.

• Handle emails, calls, and routine office communication.

• Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports.

• Ensure proper filing and documentation of business transactions.

• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

### Requirements

• 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Basic knowledge of •MS Excel, Word, and email••.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Good typing and data-entry skills.

• Ability to maintain records accurately.

• Freshers can apply; experience in back-office/admin work will be an advantage.

### Working Location

### Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

### Employment Type

Full-time | On-site
