We are seeking an efficient and organized Back Office Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage data entry, and perform various back-office tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Handle clients via email, or in-person
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in any field
- Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in a back-office role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Mail, Typing Speed
- Good communication, Basic English Knowledge, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
