We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow by handling data management, documentation, and internal coordination tasks.
Maintain and update company databases, records, and documents.
Process and verify data, forms, applications, and requests.
Assist in inventory and stock management (if applicable).
Coordinate with front office and other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
Generate reports, invoices, and other documentation as required.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scheduling.
