Job Title: Back Office Executive / Operations Executive

Location: Girinagar, Bangalore

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Reports To: Partner

Job Role:

We are looking for a responsible Back Office Executive to handle daily office coordination and support operations for pest control services.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day back office work

Schedule and coordinate site visits with technicians

Maintain records, data, and service reports

Prepare and send quotations and service details to clients

Generate invoices and follow up for payments

Coordinate with field team for smooth operations

Handle basic client communication and queries

Requirements:

Graduate (any stream)

1–3 years experience in back office / operations (preferred)

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, MS Office)

Good communication skills

Organized and able to multitask
