Back Office Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Backend Executive to support various backend operations in the skill development ecosystem. The role involves data management, MIS reporting, project documentation, and coordination with internal teams for successful implementation of training programs under government or CSR-funded projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update training and candidate data on MIS portals such as:

• Prepare and manage candidate enrollment documentation, attendance records, assessment data, and placement reports

• Coordinate with mobilizers, trainers, and assessors to ensure timely data flow

• Assist in batch creation, AEBAS attendance tracking, and biometric compliance

• Generate periodic reports (Excel/PowerPoint) for internal and external stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with NSQF, NSDC/SSC norms, and project guidelines

• Support audit and inspection teams with documentation and reporting

• Maintain a secure digital and physical filing system

Required Skills:

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Familiarity with data entry and management practices

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines

• Knowledge of skill development portals (preferred but not mandatory for fresher)

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA / BA / B.Sc / BCA preferred)

• Certification in Computer Applications or Data Management is a plus
