Job Summary:
Back Office Executive will be responsible for handling administrative, data management, documentation, coordination, and office support activities to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Data entry and maintaining records in Excel/software.
Preparing and managing reports, documents, and MIS.
Handling emails, correspondence, and office documentation.
Coordinating with internal departments for daily operations.
Maintaining customer, vendor, and employee records.
Filing, scanning, and organizing important documents.
Assisting in invoice processing, billing, and basic accounting work.
Following up on pending tasks and updating management.
Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of company data.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
