Key Roles & Responsibilities
Handle backend service operations and administrative activities.
Coordinate with customers, service engineers, and internal departments for service requests.
Create, update, and maintain service records, job sheets, and customer databases.
Prepare quotations, invoices, work orders, and service-related documentation.
Track service calls and ensure timely closure of customer complaints.
Follow up with customers regarding service schedules and status updates.
Maintain accurate MIS reports and daily operational reports.
Coordinate spare parts availability and service logistics.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of service records.
Respond to customer queries through phone and email in a professional manner.
Support the service team in achieving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality while handling business information.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
