Claims and Finance Processing: Support in processing claims, managing financial records, and assisting the accounting team.
Market Analysis: Conduct basic analysis of market trends and consumer behavior.
Client & Marketing Support: Respond to client queries through email, phone, and social media. Build rapport with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, and finance) to ensure smooth business operations.
Education: Any Degree (Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience).
Experience: 0-2 years in a similar role (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
