Responsibilities:

• Handle and process product returns from Meesho and Flipkart.

• Record clear and detailed videos of damaged/defective products for claim proof.

• File claims on seller panels like Meesho and Flipkart, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

• Maintain proper tracking of pending, approved, and rejected claims.

• Coordinate with the warehouse/team whenever required for return verification.

Requirements:

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to identify product issues and present them clearly in videos.

• Attention to detail and a proactive work approach.

• Comfortable using seller panels and managing data.
