8. Key Responsibilities:

• Tender Search

• Monitor GEM, CPPP & other portals for pharma-related tenders

• Documentation

• Prepare and compile technical/financial bids and company documents

• Submission

• Ensure timely online/offline submission

• Compliance

• Follow tender norms and regulatory standards

• Follow-up

• Track tender status and maintain records

9. Skills Required:

• - Knowledge of Govt. e-tendering (GEM, CPPP) - Familiarity with pharma documentation & compliance - Strong coordination & communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office - Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
