Back Office Executive

Job Description:

The Back Office Executive will support daily operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the team. This role involves coordinating HR activities, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely follow-ups across multiple functions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication.

Key Responsibilities: Training would be provided for all activities

• Team Coordination: Facilitate communication and ensure smooth task flow within the team.

• Research: Conduct basic research to support operational needs

• Review Follow-up: Reach out to customers via chat requesting for review

• Record Updates: Maintain and update internal trackers and spreadsheets.

• HR Support: Assist with routine HR tasks and documentation.

• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate candidate interviews and manage communication with applicants.

• Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by preparing documents and coordinating with new hires.

• Attendance Management: Monitor, update, and maintain attendance records.
