Job Description

Maintain daily attendance records of plant operators (STP / ETP operators).

Prepare monthly salary calculations based on operator attendance.

Prepare and maintain service invoices and related documentation.

Send emails to clients for invoices, quotations, and other official communication.

Remain active on office communication groups (WhatsApp, etc.) to coordinate with operators and management.

Track and follow up with supervisors and operators regarding daily plant operations and updates.

Maintain proper records of operator deployment, leave, and shift details.

Assist with general back office and administrative tasks.
