Shree Balaji Associates is hiring a talented and responsible Back Office Executive to support our loan processing operations. 🗂️ This role requires document management, coordination with banks and clients 🤝, and occasional travel for file handling. 🛵 A valid driving license and personal bike are mandatory.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

🗃️ Save and organize loan-related documents.

📞 Coordinate with banks and clients regarding documentation.

📁 Ensure all files are complete and ready for bank processing.

🏦 Travel to/from banks or client locations for document delivery or pickup (when required).

🧾 Maintain accurate records of all tasks and interactions.

💡 Required Skills:

🧠 Understanding of loan documentation processes.

🗣️ Good communication and coordination skills.

💻 Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)

🔍 Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities.

📌 Eligibility Criteria:

🪪 Valid two-wheeler driving license.

🛵 Personal bike is mandatory.

⛽ Petrol expenses for official work will be reimbursed (not daily or fixed).
