Job Description:
We are hiring a US Timesheet Executive with at least 1 year of experience, who will handle timesheet tracking and reporting for our international (US-based) clients. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and be excellent in Advanced Excel. This is a night shift, Work from Office role based in Raipur CG.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, verify, and update employee/client timesheets

• Prepare accurate reports and maintain records

• Communicate with clients and internal teams for any timesheet-related queries

• Ensure deadlines are met

• Use Advanced Excel tools for data handling and reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar or data/accounting role are preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.)

• Basic understanding of accounting or finance

• Good English communication skills

• Comfortable working night shifts and from Raipur office

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
