Key Responsibilities
Operations & Technician/Vendor Coordination (via CRM Software)
Customer Request Handling (Back-End Only)
CRM Management
Technician Onboarding & App Training
Data Entry & Reporting
Administrative Support
Handle internal communications via WhatsApp, calls, and emails.
Soft Skills
· Strong communication in Hindi, English, and Odia (preferred).
· Good coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
· Patience and clarity while training technicians.
· Attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset.
