Back Office Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident Back Office Sales Caller to support our sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with potential clients, sharing service information, and maintaining sales records. This is a non-field, office-based role ideal for someone who is persuasive, organized, and has good communication skills.

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and inbound calls of existing customers..

• Follow up on inquiries and leads provided by the sales team.

• Maintain a detailed log of calls, follow-ups, client feedback, and status updates.

• Answer incoming sales-related queries professionally and convert them into leads when possible.

• Maintain and update customer databases.

• Generate daily/weekly call and follow-up reports for internal review.
