Job Opening: Tender Executive 📄 (Security Internal Service)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month
Job Role: Tender Executive
The Tender Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all bidding and tender-related activities, ensuring timely and compliant submissions to secure contracts for our security services.
Key Responsibilities
Tender Identification and Analysis:
Proactively search and identify relevant tender opportunities for security services from various online portals (GeM, E-procurement platforms) and client communications.
Thoroughly analyze Tender Documents (RFP, RFQ, EOI) to understand scope, technical, commercial, and administrative requirements, ensuring the company meets all eligibility criteria.
Bid Preparation and Submission:
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, HR) to gather all necessary technical, financial, and legal documentation for bid preparation.
Prepare and compile high-quality, comprehensive Technical and Commercial bids in strict compliance with tender guidelines.
Handle online E-tendering submissions on various government and private portals within stipulated deadlines.
Draft necessary correspondence, pre-bid queries, and clarifications related to the tenders.
Documentation and Compliance:
Maintain an organized and up-to-date repository of all tender documents, pre-qualification certificates, company registrations, and submissions.
Ensure all statutory and regulatory compliances specific to the security industry are met for every bid.
Follow-up and Reporting:
Track the status of submitted tenders and follow up with clients/authorities for clarifications, negotiations, and results.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management, detailing bid tracking, success/failure rates, and submission statuses.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Category Requirement: Education- Graduate in any discipline (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., BBA, etc.)Experience 0-2 years of experience in the Tendering/Bidding/Documentation field is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills may also be considered.Location Must be willing to work from the Ahmedabad office. Technical SkillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with E-tendering portals (e.g., GeM, nProcure) is highly desirable.Core Skills Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Gujarati/Hindi. Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Benefits
