Job Description

Designation: Back office Operation

Experience: Min 1 Year Experience

Salary: 25Km

Shift : Rotation Shift ( 1 Month Night & 1 Months Day)

Location: Malad (W) Link Road

Job Responsibilities:

Team Handling/Team Leading.

Work closely with the team, motivating and coaching them

Manage day-to-day line activities, priorities and make risk/impact assessments within existing processes and procedures towards achieving SLAs

Ensure training and development plans are maintained for all team members

Knowlede-Exp in any one of MIS/Advance excel/Reporting/VLOOKUP up/H look up/ Pivot Table/Micro.

Good Communication Skill is must.
