Back Office Executive

We are looking for a Back Office Executive to join our team at Se Energy & Enviro Private Limited. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a ₹15000 - ₹18000 salary.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

1. Provident Fund (PF):

   • Register new employees for PF (UAN generation).

   • Maintain PF records of all employees.

   • Upload ECR (Electronic Challan cum Return) monthly to EPFO portal.

   • Ensure timely payment of PF contributions (both employer & employee).

   • Handle PF withdrawal, transfer, and claim processes for employees.

   • Resolve discrepancies or issues with the EPFO portal.

2. Employees’ State Insurance (ESIC):

   • Register eligible employees under ESIC.

   • Ensure accurate contribution filing and timely payments.

   • Handle IP (Insured Person) details and generate ESIC cards.

   • Process ESIC claims for sickness, maternity, or accident benefits.

   • Update any employee data changes (e.g., salary changes, exits).

3. Compliance & Documentation:

   • Maintain records as per statutory laws.

   • Stay updated on latest government regulations (PF/ESIC rules).

   • Coordinate with labor authorities during audits or inspections.

   • Ensure no delays or penalties by complying with deadlines.

4. Coordination with Other Teams:

   • Work closely with Payroll and HR to ensure accurate data.

   • Support employees with queries on PF/ESIC benefits or claims.
