SBI PAYMENTS

We have an opening for the Back-office role of Transaction Monitoring at SBIP, CO, Lower Parel.

Role:

• Transaction Monitoring : Perform transaction monitoring activity through FRM. Ensure the suspicious transactions are shared with the concerned team to be put on hold by the agreed time, 3:00 am.

• Fraud Detection : Ad hoc investigation of suspicious/fraud Merchants.

• Dispute Management: Follow up with Merchant, Sales, and Branches for resolution of Open/Reject/Risk Hold cases.

• Daily MIS and Reporting: Preparing Weekly/Monthly dashboard on Transaction monitoring activity.

Eligibility Criteria:

Age: <30 years

Education: Minimum XII pass

Experience: up to 6 months in the BFSI sector, preferably in transaction monitoring

Mandatory skills:

MS Excel proficiency

E-mail drafting

The candidate might have to work in night shift.

Offered CTC: Rs. 22,222/-
