ROLE OVERVIEW

Athina Infotech is hiring Full-Time Process Advisors for the Telecom Demographic Entry Process.

The role involves handling structured online data processing work with a strong focus on:

  • Speed

  • Accuracy

This is a performance-driven role operating under strict quality and turnaround timelines.


WORKING SCHEDULE

  • Shift Timing: 4:00 PM – 11:30 PM

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday

  • Mode: Work From Office only ( Night Shift )

  • Punctuality and attendance are mandatory


ELIGIBILITY & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum typing speed: 30–35 words per minute

  • Minimum accuracy: 90%+

  • Basic computer & internet knowledge

  • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

  • Good focus and consistency during shift hours

  • Ability to follow SOPs and process instructions strictly


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform online Telecom demographic data entry as per project guidelines

  • Maintain required daily productivity and turnaround time

  • Ensure high accuracy while processing forms

  • Follow validation formats and SOP instructions carefully

  • Report technical or operational issues to the supervisor immediately

  • Maintain confidentiality of all client and company data

  • Coordinate with QA team for corrections or improvements if required


TRAINING & EMPLOYMENT STRUCTURE

  • Mandatory 7-day unpaid training

  • Offer letter issued only after successful training completion

  • Followed by a 3-month probation period


PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

Performance will be evaluated on:

  • Accuracy

  • Productivity

  • Attendance

  • Discipline

  • SLA adherence

Repeated quality issues or discipline violations may lead to performance action or termination.
