Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

Handle daily billing and data entry work.
Maintain outlet stock records and inventory updates.
Prepare sales reports and submit daily reports to head office.
Manage cash entry, expense records, and basic accounting work.
Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch team for stock requirements.
Maintain customer records and order details.
Support outlet staff with administrative work.
Handle invoice filing and document management.
Monitor pending orders and delivery status.
Ensure all outlet records are updated properly and on time.
