Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily billing and data entry work.

  • Maintain outlet stock records and inventory updates.

  • Prepare sales reports and submit daily reports to head office.

  • Manage cash entry, expense records, and basic accounting work.

  • Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch team for stock requirements.

  • Maintain customer records and order details.

  • Support outlet staff with administrative work.

  • Handle invoice filing and document management.

  • Monitor pending orders and delivery status.

  • Ensure all outlet records are updated properly and on time.
