Job Summary:
SP Enterprises is looking for dedicated and hardworking candidates for the position of Back Office Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling office administration, maintaining records, data management, documentation, and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update company records and databases.
Handle data entry and documentation work.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Manage office files, records, and paperwork.
Coordinate with clients and internal departments.
Respond to emails and maintain official correspondence.
Assist management in administrative tasks.
Verify and process documents as per company requirements.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Support day-to-day office operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience:
Freshers are welcome.
