Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our operations team. The candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, data management, and coordination to ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry and record maintenance

• Handling internal documentation and reporting

• Coordination with other departments for smooth operations

• Email management and responding to client/internal queries

• Preparing reports, presentations, and summaries

• Support the front office and sales teams as needed

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

• Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems (added advantage)

• Experience in admin, operations, or back office roles
