Job Description – Back Office Executive

Position: Back Office Executive
Industry: FinTech
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Communication: Fluent English is Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle KYC documentation and verification processes.

  • Manage DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) and NSC-related activities.

  • Coordinate and send SIP reminders to clients.

  • Process and monitor financial transactions accurately.

  • Maintain and update client portfolios.

  • Handle professional email communication with clients and internal teams.

  • Ensure proper documentation and record management.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the team.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • Experience in Back Office Operations, Financial Services, or FinTech preferred.

  • Good knowledge of KYC procedures and documentation.

  • Strong communication skills in English.

  • Proficient in MS Office and email management.

  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
