Job Responsibilities:

Handle daily back office operations and administrative activities.
Maintain records, documentation, and MIS reports properly.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and other official documents.
Handle email communication and follow-up activities.
Maintain stock, vendor, and customer records.
Assist in basic accounting work using Tally software.
Generate reports and support management with operational tasks.
