Job Description

Key Responsibilities – Back Office Operations Executive

  • Handle purchase, procurement, and vendor coordination.

  • Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and customer quotations.

  • Follow up with vendors for pricing, invoices, dispatch, and deliveries.

  • Maintain vendor records, purchase documents, and stock registers.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/stores.

  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams.

  • Update purchase bills and stock details .

  • Coordinate with transporters for dispatch and timely delivery.

  • Prepare purchase, cost comparison, stock, and vendor reports.

  • Ensure proper documentation, quality standards, and company procedures.

  • Provide regular operational updates to management.
