Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily back office and administrative work

  • Maintain data entry, records, and documentation

  • Coordinate with clients and internal team regarding orders and updates

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and reports

  • Handle email communication and follow-up calls

  • Manage billing, filing, and office coordination work

  • Support production and sales team with required documentation

  • Maintain proper records of printing and publicity orders
