Realistic Tours is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to manage day-to-day administrative and operational support activities. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with vendors, managing bookings, and supporting the sales and operations team to ensure smooth business functioning.
Handle tour bookings, hotel vouchers, transport confirmations, and ticketing support
Prepare and maintain client records, invoices, itineraries, and MIS reports
Coordinate with hotels, transporters, airlines, and vendors for confirmations
Assist the sales team with quotations, follow-ups, and documentation
Maintain accurate data entry in systems and spreadsheets
Handle emails, phone calls, and internal coordination
Ensure timely processing of payments, receipts, and basic accounts support
Maintain organized records and files (digital & physical)
Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism preferred)
Basic knowledge of travel operations and tour packages
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Age limit :- 21 to 35 yrs
0–2 years of experience in back office or travel operations
