Job Description

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

  • Sell movie tickets, food, and beverages at box office and concession counters

  • Prepare and serve snacks and drinks according to hygiene and safety standards

  • Usher guests to theaters and assist with seating when required

  • Maintain cleanliness of lobby areas, auditoriums, and workstations

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback politely and promptly

  • Follow cash handling procedures and operate POS systems accurately

  • Support opening and closing duties as assigned

  • Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and service standards
