Job Duties

• Handle customer data entry and documentation.

• Prepare and maintain loan files accurately.

• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for file updates and approvals.

• Support telecalling and sales teams with backend operations.

• Maintain daily MIS and report to management.

• Ensure compliance and confidentiality in all records.

• Assist in smooth day-to-day office operations.
