We are looking for a Back-office executive to join our team Pritech Automation pvt ltd to the Back Office Administrator who is responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting daily operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth internal workflow. The role requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and effective coordination with internal departments.
Maintain and update company records, databases, and documentation.
Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and managing correspondence.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups on pending tasks and required information.
Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when needed.
Support HR and accounts departments with documentation, record-keeping, and basic operational tasks.
Track and maintain employee attendance, leave records, and other admin-related logs.
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor documents (if applicable).
Handle calls, emails, and internal communication in a professional manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assist management in administrative planning and execution of office operations.
