Job Overview

Prism Colour Coats is seeking an efficient and skilled Back Office Executive for our manufacturing plant in Pipodara. This role is crucial for maintaining real-time data accuracy, requiring a professional who can independently handle data entry in Tally and manage complex plant sheets in Excel alongside daily office coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tally & Stock Entry: Record daily raw material inward entries, production updates, and finished goods outward data directly into Tally ERP. Maintain error-free physical vs. digital stock matching.

  • Advanced Excel Management: Create and update detailed plant sheets, production reports, and dispatch trackers using formulas, filters, and formatting in Excel.

  • Accounts Support: Cross-verify purchase bills with inward delivery chalans, organize factory invoices, and assist the main accounts team with precise documentation.

  • Courier & Dispatch Logistics: Manage client sample dispatches, track incoming/outgoing commercial couriers, and maintain systemic records of dispatch receipts.

  • Plant Office Upkeep: Handle routine office paperwork, digital filing, and coordinate essential documentation between the factory floor and management.

Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications

Please Note: Practical knowledge of Tally and Excel is mandatory. Candidates will be evaluated on these skills during the interview process.

  • Technical Skills (Strictly Required):

    • Tally ERP: Strong command over voucher entries, stock journal management, and inventory features.

    • Advanced MS Excel: Proficiency with formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements), data filtering, sorting, and structured data entry.

  • Education: B.Com, BBA, or a relevant graduate degree preferred. A dedicated course certificate in Tally/Excel is a strong advantage.

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a plant office, industrial back-office, or inventory-heavy role.

  • Languages: Fluid communication in Gujarati and Hindi to interact smoothly with local vendors, transport partners, and plant staff.
