Job Description:

We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented Back Office Executive/Data Entry Operator to support the backend operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, coordinating with vendors, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases.
Verify accuracy of data before entering into the system
Handle administrative tasks
Maintain records, files, and documentation properly
Generate reports as required
Coordinate with other departments for data-related tasks
Ensure confidentiality and security of company data
Perform regular data backups and checks
Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduation

1-2 Years of Experience Required

Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Advance Excel)

Good communication skills
