Job Title: Back Office Executive

Department: Operations / Administration

Location: Andheri MIDC

Job Summary:

The Back Office Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The role involves data management, documentation, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth backend operations to support business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update records, databases, and files accurately

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS as required

  • Handle documentation, billing, invoicing, and data entry work

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, HR, accounts, and operations

  • Assist in processing orders, purchase requests, and follow-ups

  • Manage emails, correspondence, and internal communication

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Support senior staff with administrative and operational tasks

  • Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Good typing speed and data accuracy

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred)
