CRM & Data Management
Diligently record call details, outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM.
Customer Service & Complaint Handling
Address customer grievances or concerns, escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
Reporting
Provide regular updates or reports on call outcomes, sales metrics, and feedback to supervisors or team leads Interview Guy.
Strong Communication: Clear, persuasive verbal skills, and active listening.
Resilience & Objection Handling: Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated.
Time Management: Efficient multitasking and handling high call volumes.
Technical Know-How: Familiarity with CRM tools, phone/VoIP systems, and basic MS Office.
Problem-Solving & Customer Orientation: Quick thinking and empathy in resolving client issues.
Sales Aptitude: Persuasive ability and negotiation skills to close deals.
Education & Experience: Minimum high school diploma; experience in telecalling or customer service preferred
